Tortoise Creek, Le Charmel Côtes de Provence Rosé 2017

Last weekend we were enjoying Opening Day on the water in Seattle and I thought I’d break out this fun aerating wine pourer sent from @bottomsupbarware (see their page for the Amazon link!) ! I know that rosés don’t technically need the aerating, but this makes pouring wine on a moving boat drastically easier so it’s a win-win. I loved trying out this new product and we continued to use it once we moved into the evening reds!

This French wine is a quality provincial rosé. Pretty dry and very acidic. Hints of peach and strawberry, a bit floral. Overall, it was a good buy for the price and a different taste than some of the sweeter rosés I’ve tried lately!
