D’Orsay Côtes de Provence Rosé

I’m in town to see my ex-work bff @ajriddle and I need some wine to brace the North Carolina heat and humidity! We drank some very chilled rosé on the rooftop while she convinced me hat Raleigh has a skyline (it’s got nothing on Seattle).

This rosé is from the provincial area of France and continues to be one of my favorites! Dry and crisp, the perfect fit to a hot and humid evening. Strawberry flavors and some hint of white flowers, fairly soft acidity.

Happy drinking!
