Original House Rose in a Can

Seattle summers are known for a few key things, rooftop parties being one of them. Since we've been indoors most of the year, it's fun to get outside and soak up the sunshine. That was the case for my friend Mel, who decided to have her birthday party on her apartment rooftop.

Friends have been suggesting that I give wine in a can a fair try. I haven't drank wine that came out of anything except a bottle since my college days when Franzia was all we could afford. So I started out very skeptical about trying it, but bought two cans anyways.

Some pros about these wines: super portable and easy to drink. They fit in a purse or cooler way easier than a bottle does. Both the rose and the blend were pretty smooth and refreshing! If the occasion called for an easy and portable wine, I'd probably buy again. Don't expect a robust red, more along a middle of the range blend.
